The Bulkley Valley Exhibition became a registered society in 1919 and has been held in Smithers since then. Our mission statement remains similar to the founding group; promote the agricultural and industrial products and activities of our community; encourage youth through 4-H and other junior competitions; strive to educate the urban population about agriculture as well as entertain them.

We support BC Fairs in its 100^th celebration and look forward to working with all our member fairs in this endeavour.
